About Us

With Hong Kong's government set to regulate ride-hailing platforms, a group of industry veterans with 20+ years of experience and a network of 11,000 drivers founded HKPDA. Drawing on global lessons — where drivers often face unfair pay cuts, complex onboarding, and account suspensions without explanation — we established this non-profit association to protect Hong Kong drivers before these issues take root.
